www.capriblinds.com.au is a site operated by Capri Direct Curtain and Furniture, ABN [79 742 534 303], (“We”, “Us”, “Capri Blinds”); We are located at 149, Lonsdale Street, Dandenong VIC 3175.
“Goods”, “Products” referred to curtains and blinds, window furnishings, furniture and other products which are order by you and manufactured or supplied by Capri Blinds.
“You” and “Your” means the person ordering goods from Capri Blinds.
CONTRACT
By visiting to our online store lets you to buy goods from us and once you purchase and payment has received in full a legally binding contract arise with us. We will notify you of acceptance of your order by email, which is provided by you in the order form.
All Prices shown on our website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and prices includes the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Once you place an order from our online store you are unable to cancel the order. You have right to change your order as long as you inform us with 24hrs of placing the order. As our products are custom made for you, once the manufacturing process starts you are unable to change the order. You are only able to change your order by contacting us the next business day (Monday to Saturday) from placing your order.
We receive the right to cancel or your order if we have insufficient stock, goods was listed and priced incorrectly by us and or received by us from our suppliers. In the event of cancellation of your order by us we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, STOCK AND MEASUREMENTS
The product information and photographs contain within our web site are provided for illustrative purposes only and we cannot guarantee that they are accurate.
If the goods or the fabric you order are unavailable we will notify you and suggest a suitable replacement as soon as possible. If you have any doubt as to the precise colour of the fabric or of the product you wish to order, it is advisable to order a sample of the fabric or visit our showroom.
In case of fabrics, colour may slight vary depending on fabric batches and any minor or immaterial variation or change in colour or pattern between the samples shall not entitle you to reject the goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change. It is advisable not to hold a sample of fabric for longer than 4 weeks, if you held a sample for longer than 4 weeks we recommend you to select a new sample. We cannot guarantee fabric batches will remain the same over this period of time.
In case of Timber, samples can vary from each batch and it is considered normal due to the nature of the product being a natural timber and we cannot be held responsible for variations to wood grain and colour.
We reserve the right to change the goods, suppliers and parts in endeavour to improve the manufacturing or ease stock delays on parts. At no time will the goods be downgraded in quality from the description.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We cannot accept the return of goods due to your measurements being incorrect. You are advised to visit Help Centre and read the “Measure Guide” sections within our website or contact us for guidance on how to measure correctly.
If you are ordering goods from measurements taken from a house plan, we cannot be held responsible if the measurements on the building plans vary, from the actual completed window measurement.
Product can be returned and refunded in the event of a manufacturing fault or damaged on arrival. If the goods is damaged due to improper handling by you, neither returns are not accept nor refunded.
MANUFACTURING TIMES AND DELIVERY
Manufacturing times stated on order status notification email are to be used as a guideline only. Approximated manufacturing times are calculated based on standard manufacturing working days. Whilst we endeavour to manufacture your order within the quoted time, work load in the factory and variation of stock can change the dates stated.
Capri blinds will use an independent freight company to deliver your goods to the address you have provided on the order form for delivery. Once your order is completed we will despatch your order and contact you via an update order status email.
If you are not at home, the freight company will leave leave the goods at your doorstep. We do not deliver goods to PO Boxes. Changes to delivery details cannot be made after the goods have left our premises.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. We, use independent freight company to deliver your orders and cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur once the goods have left our premises. We shall use our reasonable attempt to meet the delivery date specified on your order confirmation we can only go by the date given to us by the independent freight company as an estimated time of arrival.
We shall not be held liable or responsible to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered beyond our control including, without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, manufacturing delays, breakdown of systems or network access, transportation delays, stock & order delays, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
